AN ACT PROHIBITING INDEPENDENT EXPENDITURES BY FOREIGN-INFLUENCED BUSINESS ENTITIES AND LIMITING COVERED TRANSFERS.
To prevent foreign influence in elections, including those held in Connecticut, and limit the amount of covered transfers that may be received from a single person.
