AN ACT CONCERNING PARTICIPATING PROVIDER DIRECTORIES AND PROVIDERS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS ON AN OUTPATIENT SERVICES BASIS.

To require that each health carrier disclose whether a health care provider listed in the carrier's participating provider directory is accepting new patients on an outpatient services basis.
