AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH PARITY, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PARITY AND MEDICATION-ASSISTED TREATMENT.

To require health carriers to report data to the Insurance Commissioner concerning mental health and substance use disorder parity, and eliminate certain restrictions concerning medication-assisted treatment.
