AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF STATE INCOME TAXES AND DOUBLE TAXATION OF RESIDENTS WHO WORK OUT OF STATE.

To require the Commissioner of Revenue Services to study the income tax imposed in surrounding and other states and analyze the circumstances under which double taxation of residents of this state may be occurring.
