AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADMINISTRATION OF HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TESTING BY CLINICAL LABORATORIES.

To ensure that a clinical laboratory administers a hair follicle drug test when such a test has ordered by a licensed physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse.
