AN ACT CONCERNING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE DEVICES REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

To require the Department of Agriculture to adopt regulations for the enforcement of the use of electronic surveillance devices by aquaculture licensees.
