AN ACT PROHIBITING HEALTH CARRIERS FROM REQUIRING THE USE OF STEP THERAPY FOR DRUGS PRESCRIBED TO TREAT DISABLING, CHRONIC OR LIFE-THREATENING DISEASES OR CONDITIONS.

To prohibit health carriers from requiring the use of step therapy for drugs prescribed to treat disabling, chronic or life-threatening diseases or conditions.
