AN ACT EXPANDING ELIGIBILITY FOR CERTAIN VETERANS BENEFITS.

To expand eligibility for certain veterans benefits to certain individuals (1) discharged or released from service, not active service, in the armed forces, (2) separated early from wartime service as a result of injuries incurred or aggravated in the line of duty, and (3) who have not resided continuously in the state for at least two years.
