AN ACT CONCERNING THE NONDISCLOSURE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS OF SWORN MEMBERS OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT UNIT.

To expand the exemption from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act of residential addresses from sworn police officers to include any sworn member of a law enforcement unit.
