AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF GUIDE DOGS AND ASSISTANCE DOGS.

To prohibit anyone from asking an individual the reason for using a guide dog or assistance dog as a condition of bringing the dog onto public transportation or into a place of public accommodation.
