AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL NOTICE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR PERMIT RENEWALS.

To require persons making certain liquor permit renewal applications to provide written notice of such applications to the chief law enforcement official of the town where the liquor permit premises is located, and allow such official to provide written comments prior to the approval of such applications.
