AN ACT ALLOWING ANY PERSON ACCEPTED INTO THE FEDERAL DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS PROGRAM TO OBTAIN A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE.

To permit any individual granted federal deferred action status to legally operate a motor vehicle in Connecticut.
