AN ACT CONCERNING A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP TO PROVIDE QUALITY SUPPORT AND SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.

To provide preference for respite care services, skills training and an array of support services to those persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who have the most need for such services.
