AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE OF A PRESCRIBED DRUG FOR A CHRONIC DISEASE DURING CERTAIN ADVERSE DETERMINATION REVIEWS.

To require health insurance coverage, during certain adverse determination reviews, of a prescribed drug, other than a schedule II or III controlled substance, for treatment of a chronic disease.
