AN ACT CONCERNING CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM, COMPASSIONATE RELEASE AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE POLICIES.
To improve the criminal justice system, protect incarcerated individuals from unnecessary death, and protect domestic violence victims in abusive relationships from coercive control from their abusers.
