AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE OF ORALLY AND INTRAVENOUSLY ADMINISTERED MEDICATIONS.

To require health insurance policies that provide coverage for certain intravenously administered medications to provide coverage for certain orally administered medications on a basis no less favorable than for the intravenously administered medications.
