AN ACT IMPLEMENTING A QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES' PROGRAMS AND FACILITIES.

To improve conditions at Department of Children and Families' facilities by requiring the department to adopt and implement the Performance-Based Standards program developed by the United States Department of Justice.
