AN ACT CONCERNING THE STUDENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.

To require a study to determine the reasons that credits earned by certain students while enrolled in a regional community-technical college are not transferring to the Connecticut State University System.
