AN ACT CONCERNING APPEALS UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT INVOLVING NOTICE OF MEETINGS.
To require that an appeal of an unnoticed or secret meeting under the Freedom of Information Act be filed not later than thirty days after the appellant has actual or constructive notice of the holding of the meeting rather than notice in fact.
