AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED BY PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS EMPLOYED DIRECTLY BY CONSUMERS IN THE COMMUNITY FIRST CHOICE PROGRAM.

To require the state to procure and administer workers' compensation coverage for personal care attendants employed directly by consumers in the Community First Choice program.
