AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE FOR INJURIES SUSTAINED BY PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS EMPLOYED DIRECTLY BY CONSUMERS IN STATE-FUNDED PROGRAMS.

To require the state to procure and administer workers' compensation coverage for personal care attendants employed directly by consumers in the Community First Choice program.
