AN ACT CONCERNING WORKFORCE PARTICIPATION THRESHOLDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACTS.

To require contractors working under a public works contract to make good faith efforts to employ a workforce comprised of not less than twenty-five per cent minorities, not less than twenty-five per cent state residents and not less than six and nine-tenths per cent women.
