AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE OF AND OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES FOR EPINEPHRINE PENS.

To require the Insurance Commissioner to study and report on health insurance coverage of and out-of-pocket expenses for epinephrine pens for health insurance policies and health benefit plans in this state.
