RESOLUTION PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS VOTE TO PASS MUNICIPAL MANDATES.

To require a two-thirds vote of each chamber of the General Assembly before a new unfunded municipal mandate may be passed.
