RESOLUTION AMENDING THE STATE CONSTITUTION TO REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS VOTE TO ENACT NEW MUNICIPAL MANDATES.

To require a two-thirds vote of the General Assembly before a new municipal mandate can be enacted in order to reduce unfunded mandates.
