AN ACT CONCERNING NINETY-DAY PERMIT TURNAROUND TIMES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

To modify and clarify certain ninety-day turnaround times for permits issued by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
