AN ACT CONCERNING SHELLFISH LEASES AND DESIGNATED SHELLFISH PARCELS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CURRICULUM.

To require any regulations concerning shellfish leases to be adopted in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act and submitted to the General Assembly for approval.
