AN ACT CONCERNING OATHS TAKEN BY PERSONS EMPLOYED OR ASSOCIATED WITH CIVIL PREPAREDNESS ORGANIZATIONS.

To require a person employed or associated with a civil preparedness organization to take a loyalty oath every five years instead of annually.
