AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE MEDICAL MARIJUANA PROGRAM.

To amend palliative use of marijuana statutes by adding opioid use disorder as a debilitating medical condition and eliminating the qualifying patient and primary caregiver registration certificate fee.
