AN ACT CONCERNING CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR INSURANCE PRODUCERS.

To specify that if the Insurance Commissioner adopts regulations requiring insurance producers to earn six or more hours of continuing education credit during any two-year period, the commissioner shall grant at least six hours of continuing education credit to each insurance producer who was an active member of a state-wide professional insurance producer association during such period.
