AN ACT CONCERNING STUDENTS' RIGHT TO PRIVACY IN THEIR PERSONAL MOBILE ELECTRONIC DEVICES.

To prohibit a school employee from taking custody of or searching a student's personal mobile electronic device except in certain circumstances.
