AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPORTING OF THE TRIENNIAL AUDIT OF STATE CONTRACTING AGENCIES BY THE STATE CONTRACTING STANDARDS BOARD AND THE MEMBERSHIP AND QUORUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE BOARD.

To authorize the State Contracting Standards Board to submit its triennial audit report of state contracting agencies and any agency response to such report to certain legislative committees.
