AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN PARKING AND TRAFFIC STATUTES AND THE UPDATING OF ROAD DESIGN STANDARDS.

To define and regulate the manufacture and use of electric bicycles, permit the parking of vehicles within twenty-five feet of intersections under certain circumstances, permit vehicles to turn left at a red signal under certain circumstances, and require the Commissioner of Transportation to update design standards for roads.
