AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY DEBARMENT AND LIMITATIONS ON THE AWARDING OF STATE CONTRACTS.

To establish a task force to study Connecticut's debarment procedures and how such procedures relate to other states and title 31 of the general statutes.
