AN ACT CONCERNING STATE CONTRACTOR REPORTING OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ACT VIOLATION INFORMATION.

To require contractors and subcontractors applying to the Department of Administrative Services for prequalification to state whether they have had any occupational safety and health act violations.
