AN ACT CONCERNING THE CLAIMS DATA PROVIDED TO CERTAIN EMPLOYERS.

To require insurers to provide additional information to certain employers regarding their group health insurance policies, and to specify a time frame for the provision of information by such employer to an employee organization that is the exclusive bargaining representative of the employees of such employer.
