AN ACT CONCERNING A PILOT PROGRAM TO EXPAND THE DUTIES OF THE STATE LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN.

To establish a pilot program to expand the oversight of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman to recipients of home and community-based services.
