AN ACT CONCERNING THE OCCUPATIONAL TAX ON ATTORNEYS.

To increase the amount of compensation that an attorney who does not engage in the practice of law as an occupation may receive in legal fees or other compensation in a calendar year and not be subject to the occupational tax on attorneys.
