AN ACT CONCERNING EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION FOR STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT K9S.

To allow ambulance services to transport a state or local law enforcement K9 to an emergency animal hospital when the law enforcement K9 is injured in the line of duty.
