AN ACT REQUIRING THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION CONCERNING CERTAIN INSURANCE POLICIES PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

To require applicants for certificates of occupancy for new residential and commercial buildings to provide the building official with information concerning certain insurance policies.
