AN ACT ENSURING FAIR EMPLOYEE PROTECTIONS FOR GIG WORKERS.
To update and modernize the classification of Connecticut's gig workforce, so that all Connecticut workers have fair treatment under the law and to provide Connecticut with the updated and proper framework for employee protections in the modern economy.
