AN ACT CONCERNING RETIREMENT CONTRIBUTIONS REPAID BY STATE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE GRANTED MILITARY LEAVE TO PERFORM NATIONAL GUARD DUTIES.

To allow state employees who are required to perform active duty service as members of the Connecticut National Guard to buy back time for retirement purposes by making contributions over the course of thirty-six months, rather than in one lump sum.
