AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION TO ESTABLISH A REGISTRY OF PERPETRATORS OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT.

To require the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to establish, maintain and make public a registry of individuals who reside in Connecticut and have been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect.
