AN ACT CONCERNING PRESUMPTIVE MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY FOR HOME CARE.

To save the state money that would be spent on institutional care for Medicaid recipients by establishing a system of presumptive Medicaid eligibility for the Connecticut home-care program for the elderly.
