AN ACT ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT THAT PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES PROVIDE PROOF OF IMMUNIZATIONS TO ENROLL AT A REGIONAL COMMUNITY-TECHNICAL COLLEGE.

To eliminate the requirement that students who graduate from a public high school in this state and seek to enroll as a full-time student or matriculate at a regional community-technical college provide proof of immunizations.
