AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE PRIOR TO PESTICIDE APPLICATIONS BY RAILROAD COMPANIES AND REQUIRING VEGETATION MANAGEMENT PLANS BY SUCH COMPANIES.

To require notice of pesticide and herbicide applications along railroad rights-of-way and the filing of vegetation management plans with the state and each town along such right-of-way.
