AN ACT CONCERNING A LANDLORD'S DUTY TO PROVIDE NOTICE OF FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS IN RENTAL AGREEMENTS.

To ensure that a landlord is required to provide written notice of the existence or nonexistence of an operative fire suppression system only when state law requires that a particular dwelling unit be equipped with such system.
