AN ACT REQUIRING FIFTY-YEAR PROJECTIONS FOR CLIMATE CHANGE LEGISLATION AND COST ASSESSMENTS FOR RESIDENTS.

To raise awareness of the cost-benefit analysis of climate change legislation and limit costs to residents of the state when there is an insignificant reduction in global warming from such legislation.
