AN ACT CONCERNING THE EXCLUSION OF A CHILD'S NAME IN DOCUMENTS RELATING TO A SUMMARY PROCESS ACTION.

To ensure that a person under eighteen years of age is not named (1) in a notice to quit possession or occupancy, and (2) as a defendant in a summary process complaint.
