AN ACT CONCERNING ENDORSEMENTS OF TOWN COMMITTEE MEMBERS AND CLARIFYING RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN STATE OFFICE CANDIDATES.

To exempt candidates endorsed for election as town committee members from the requirement to sign the certification of such endorsement.
