AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE STUDY ON ACCESS TO SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT FOR INSURED YOUTH AS THEY RELATE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.

To require state agencies to develop or explore certain existing or future programs in order to provide more efficient and effective services to youth, adolescents and young adults in the state who suffer from behavioral or substance abuse issues.
